How to download the SWAN Libraries + app

The SWAN Libraries + app is free to all patrons and available for iOS and Android.

Android users
  1. Search for SWAN Libraries in the Google Play Store.
  2. Select Install.
  3. Follow the prompts on your device.
  4. Select Open.
  5. Follow the prompts on your device.

Apple (iOS) users

  1. Search for SWAN Libraries in the App Store.
  2. Select Get.
  3. Select Install.
  4. Follow the prompts on your device.
  5. Select Open.
  6. Follow the prompts on your device.

Login

  1. Open the SWAN Libraries + app.
  2. Select Select Library and choose your library from the list.
  3. Enter your library card barcode and PIN.
  4. Select Login.

Forgot PIN?

  1. From the login screen, select Forgot PIN/Password?
  2. Enter your library card number and Email, and you will receive an email to reset your PIN.
  3. If you don’t have an email address in your account, contact your library.
