How to request Homebound Delivery of library items from the Westchester Public Library

Are you homebound and unable to come to the library?  Not only can you access our digital collections of ebooks, eAudiobooks, movies, magazines and more from home, but the Westchester Public Library offers homebound delivery services of physical items.  Please call the Circulation Department (708-562-3573 ex1) for more details, and fill out the form below when you're ready to request items.
